"If I could give this 0 stars I would. Stephanie is rude. She doesn’t greet you if she doesn’t feel like it. She is the first point of contact walking into the office. I came in one day and she didn’t say hi back and gave us the worst look ever. Like if we were interrupting or as if we had done something wrong. The vibes in that office are not it. If you’re going to be working in customer service, at least be friendly Stephanie. If not, then maybe this isn’t the job for you. I hope the manager does something about this. The people here used to be friendlier."
